Chicken with Glazed Apples



2 cups (2 medium size) New York State Crispin apples sliced
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry white wine or apple juice
1/2 cup apple jelly

1. Srinkle chicken with nutmeg and salt. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook Chicken in oil 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink.
2. Stir in apples and wine, cook about 4 minutes stirring occaisionally, until apples are tender. Stir in jelly, cook and stir until jelly is melted.
