Creamy Garlic-Herb Dip



1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 small garlic clove, minced

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; beat with a mixer at high speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Chill for 1 or more hours before serving.

Yield: 3/4 cup
