Turkey Fingers with Cranberry Dip



1 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash white pepper
cooked turkey, cut into 1" chunks
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup ground nuts
2 Tbsp. melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup sour cream and horseradish in a small bowl. Blend well and set aside. Combine 1/2 cup sour cream and lemon juice in a shallow bowl. Then combine bread crumbs and ground nuts in another shallow bowl.
2. Dip each turkey piece in the sour cream and lemon juice mixture, and roll in the bread crumb mixture. Place on greased jelly roll pan. Drizzle with melted butter.
3. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes, or until the turkey pieces are heated through and the bread crumb coating becomes crisp. Serve with the cranberry dip.
