Breakfast Turkey Burrito



1 flour tortilla
2 ounces cooked turkey -- shredded
1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon lowfat cheddar cheese -- shredded
cumin

1. Top one 8" flour tortilla with shredded turkey, chopped red bell pepper and onion. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and cumin to taste. Broil 3 - 5 minutes until warm and fold in half.
