Creamed Turkey & Stuffing
2 cups leftover stuffing
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup cubed cooked turkey
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 dash poultry seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Press stuffing in bottom of a greased baking dish. Saute onion and celery in butter. Stir in flour until well mixed. Gradually stir in evaporated milk over low heat until sauce thickens. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon on top of stuffing and bake for 25-30 minutes.
