2 package(s) (4-ounce) soft goat cheese
1/4 cup(s) chopped fresh herbs, such as flat-leaf parsley, tarragon, or chives
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 package(s) (4-ounce) plain crackers
1.In a food processor, pulse the cheese, herbs, and black pepper until creamy. Serve with the crackers.
