Italian Turkey Burgers



4 (1 1/2 oz) Sesame hamburger buns, split
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
1 Garlic clove, halved
1 pound Ground turkey
1/2 cup Tomato and basil pasta sauce (such as Barilla basilico)
1/3 cup Finely chopped onion
1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (1 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
2 (1 oz)presliced part-skim mozzarella cheese slices, cut in half.

1. Lightly coat cut sides of buns with cooking spsray. Place buns, cut side up on a broiler pan. Broil 2 min or until lightly toasted. Rub garlic evenly over cut sides of buns. Discard garlic; set buns aside.
2. Combine turkey and next 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 4 (1/2 inch thick) patties. Place on broiler pan; broil 7 min on each side or until done. Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top each with 1/2 cheese slice, and broil 1 min until cheese melts. Cover with tops of buns.

Yield: 4 servings.
