One Pan Potatoes and Chicken Rosemary



4 Medium potatos, sliced 1/4 inch thick and microwaved 8-10 minutes until tender
1 lb. Boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. Dried rosemary, crumbled

1. While potatos cook, in a large skillet toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over light heat -- 5 minutes. Add potatoes and rosemary; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Yield: 4 servings.
