Christmas Cocktail
2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate seeds
8 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
2 ounces pear juice
2 ounces pomegranate juice
1. Place 2 Champagne flutes into the freezer to chill for 10 minutes. Remove the glasses from the freezer.
2. To each glass add: 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds, 4 ounces Champagne, 1 ounce pear juice, and 1 ounce pomegranate juice.
Yield: 2 servings
