Brie Kisses
2/3 pound brie cheese
17.3-box frozen puff pastry
Hot Pepper Jelly

Cut 2/3 pound brie cheese into 1/2 inch squares. Place on a plate in the freezer. Meanwhile, thaw 1 17.3-box frozen puff pastry for 30 minutes.
2. Unfold pastry and roll out lightly to remove creases. Cut each sheet into fourths, then cut each fourth into four pieces; cut each piece in half for 32 equal squares. Lightly spray 32 miniature muffin cups with nonstick vegetable coating. Fit a pastry square in each cup with the pointed ends of the pastry extended straight up. Put a piece of brie in each pastry-lined cup. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper jelly.
3. Bake in preheated 400ºF. oven until golden, 10 to 15 minutes.
Note: You can use your favorite chutney in place of jelly.
