Sun Dried Tomato Dip
10 sun dried tomatoes, not oil packed
1/2 C. loosely packed parsley, not chopped
1 small bunch fresh chives
2 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 C. sour cream

Place tomatoes in small saucepan, barely cover with water, bring to a boil, simmer until tender. Drain any excess water. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Chill before serving.
