Lo Fat Vegetable Dip



2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
1 package (10 oz. size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/3 cup minced fresh onion
1 envelopes (0.9 oz. size) vegetable soup mix
Assorted raw vegetables for dipping

1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients (except raw vegetables for dipping). Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a dip for raw vegetables.

Yield: 3 cups
