Cajun Spice Turkey & Rice



1 tbsp. flour
1 reg. size oven cooking bag
1 c. instant rice
1 green pepper, cut up
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (14 1/2 or 16 oz.) sliced stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. Old El Paso Med. Salsa
10 mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. turkey breast
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Shake flour in Reynolds bag. Place in 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Combine all ingredients except pepper and garlic powder and turkey. Arrange in bag.
2. Combine garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle lightly over turkey breast. Place on top of rice, etc. in bag. Close bag with nylon tie. Make six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag. Bake 1 1/2 hours until tender. You can substitute chicken, 6 pieces, for turkey.
