Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs



3 Tbsps. chili powder
2 tsps. ground coriander
1-1/2 tsps. garlic powder
2 tsps. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. red chili pepper flakes
8 chicken thighs

1. Prepare grill or broiler. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture between skin and meat of each thigh. Grill or broil 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout. Discard skin before serving.
