Broccoli Rabe with Garlic
1 head of broccoli rabe, cleaned with tough stems removed
2 teaspoons of chopped fresh garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1. 1. Chop the broccoli rabe and set aside. In large saute pan add oil and garlic and cook over medium heat until softened, do not brown. Add chicken broth and let come to a simmer, add broccoli rabe and cook until completely wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
