Adobo Marinade



1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp grated lime rind
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin

1. In small bowl, stir together ingredients. Add 4 servings (1 lb boneless or 2 lb bone-in) meat or poultry; cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or for up to 12 hours; marinate fish for no more than 30 minutes. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
