Moroccan Marinade



3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon

1. In small bowl, stir together ingredients.
2. For every 4 servings (1 lb boneless or 1-1/2 lb bone-in meat or poultry, or 1 lb fish), marinate with 1/3 cup marinade. Cover and refrigerate to marinate meat or poultry for at least 4 hours or for up to 12 hours; marinate fish for no more than 30 minutes.
