Chili Eggs



8, slightly beaten
1/3 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 1/2 tablespoons green chili salsa
1 1/2 stalk celery, sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste

1. Grease 9x9 inch casserole. Blend eggs with sour cream. Reserve a little of each cheese for garnish. Add remaining cheese to eggs.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Top with reserved cheeses. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
