Lemon Thyme Pork Chops
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
4 bone-in pork chops, about 1/2-inch thick
1. In small bowl, combine garlic, thyme, lemon rind and juice, salt and pepper. Rub all over chops; let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Place on greased grill over medium- high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until juices run clear when pork is pierced and just a hint of pink remains inside, about 10 minutes.
