Broccoli Dijon



1-1 1/2 lb broccoli
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt & freshly ground black pepper

1. Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the stalk. Steam or boil until tender but still firm and bright green.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic about 5 minutes until tender but not brown. Add the remaining ingredients and stir over low heat.
3. Spoon the sauce over the broccoli and serve immediately.
