New Potato Casserole



2 dozen small new potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated American cheese or 1/2 American and 1/2 Monterey Jack
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon butter

1.Boil potatoes until fork tender and peel. Saute onion in butter until soft. Put whole potatoes in casserole dish and pour soup over them. Mix onion with cheese and spoon on top. Bake in hot oven 400F for about 15 minutes. This dish is great without peeling the potatoes.
