Easy Cheezy Creamy Chicken-Rice
3-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(other chicken cuts can be substituted)
1 can Cream of (chicken or mushroom) soup
1/4 cup Milk
2 cups Uncooked (Uncle Ben's) brown or white rice
4 cups Water (to cook rice)
1 package Shredded white cheese
(italian mix, mozzarella, swiss, etc.)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Skillet-brown or electric-grill chicken until done
3. While chicken is browning, start rice to cook (combine rice and water, place on stove on high, when comes to a boil, turn it to lowest heat that will continue little bubbles and let it cook about 10 minutes. Taste test for doneness BEFORE removing it from heat.).
4. Place chicken in casserole dish or large cake pan. Drain rice (if needed) and combine rice, mushroom soup, milk and cheese. Stir. Pour the rice mixture over the chicken. Put in oven to bake for about 5-10 minutes or until hot enough to be yummy.
