Almond Chicken Dijon



4 Small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
3 tbsp. Light mayo
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Slivered almonds, coarsely chopped

1. Place chicken in lightly greased 13x9 in baking pan.
2. Mix mayo and mustard until will blended. Spread top side of each chicken breast half with 1 Tbsp. of the mix; sprinkle evenly with the almonds.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or until chicken is cooked thru.
4. Serve hot, accompanying each chicken breast with some of the vegetables and pan juices. Serve over brown rice or noodles if desired.
