Shrimp Toss



1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper or to taste, finely chopped
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of dried basil
Dash of salt and pepper
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 lb of Angel hair pasta
1 can of pizza sauce
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1. Saute onion and peppers till just tender. Cook shrimp in same pan until pink.
2. In a small or medium saucepan cook the pizza sauce, cream, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer about 6 minutes. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Toss all together in large pasta bowl and serve.
