Layered Quesadilla



1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
1 jar mild salsa (any brand)
1 jar med. salsa (any brand)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together two salsas. Toss together two cheeses. In 9x13 inch glass or aluminum pan, layer as follows:
Line bottom of pan with 2 large tortillas, spread 1/3 of salsa, sprinkle 1/3 of cheese. Repeat 2 more times: tortillas, salsa, cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbly, cool at least 15 minutes. Cut into squares with sour cream dollop on top.
