Grilled Turkey Breast



1 part soy sauce
2 parts Burgundy wine
1 part peanut oil
1 onion, chopped
1 boneless turkey breast, about 1 1/2 pounds

1. Make enough liquid to submerge breast, add onion, set in refrigerator no less then 36 hours. Breast should be skinless.
2. Grill breast over hot coals approximately 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
