Island Grilled Turkey Breast



1 (2-4 lb.) pkg. fresh turkey breast

Sauce: 1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1. Using indirect heating with a covered grill, cook turkey to an internal temperature of 170 to 175 degrees. (2 to 4 lbs. 1 1/2 to 2 hours; 4 to 5 lbs. 2 to 2 1/2 hours). Check for doneness 15 minutes before the minimum time given.
2. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients. Brush with sauce frequently during last 30 minutes of grilling. Brush again before removing from grill to serve.
