Sundried Tomato Pasta



2 cups cooked whole-wheat macaroni
1 cup broccoli, cooked tender-crisp
1 cooked skinless chicken breast, cut into small chunks
1/2 cup thinly sliced roasted peppers
4 small bocconcini (mini-mozzarella balls), cut into small dice
1/3 cup sundried tomato dressing

1. Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl and leave to marinate overnight.



Makes 4 servings.
