O'Charley's Three Cheese Shrimp Dip



1 can small shrimp
6 ounces shredded mild cheddar cheese
6 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup romano, asiago, and parmesan cheese (in shaker can)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Mix all ingredients together, spread in casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees F until bubbly. Watch closely, the cheese on the edges will burn before the middle is hot.

Yield: 3 cups.
