Feta Dip



1 C. feta
1 C. sour cream
2 T. minced onion
2 T. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried thyme
Salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste

1. Combine first seven ingredients and mash gently. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill for at least one hour before serving.

Yield: 8 servings
