Stuffed Green Pepper Soup



2 lb Ground Round or Chuck
2× 15 oz cans Tomato Sauce
2× 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
3½ cups Water
2 cups Diced Green Bell Peppers
2 Beef Boullion Cubes
1 cup Uncooked Minute Rice
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
¼ cup Packed Brown Suger

1. Brown beef in skillet and drain. Add all ingredients to soup pot (or crock pot) and cook until peppers are tender.

Helpful Tips:
More water may be added as soup cooks to make proper consistency.
