Philli Cheese Steak Soup



2 lb Beef Stew Meat, or any tender steak cut unto cubes
3 cups Beef Broth, low sodium
½ cup Water
2 Lg Yellow Onions, sliced
1 Lg Green Bell Pepper, sliced
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
1 lb Provolone Cheese, cut into cubes
1 Loaf Crusty Baguette

1. Place the stew meat in slow cooker along with the beef broth and water. Allow to cook on high for 2 hours. Once the meat has cooked for the 2 hours, add in your sliced onions and peppers and add any salt and pepper that you want. Replace lid and let cook another 2 hours. Once the soup is done, turn off the slow cooker and add in your cubes of cheese. Cover with the lid and let the cheese melt for a couple of minutes. Serve it with the crusty bread.
