Shortcut Ravioli Lasagna



Vegetable cooking spray
3 cups PregoŽ Italian Sausage and Garlic Italian Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. (30 ounces) frozen regular size cheese-filled ravioli (about 30 to 34)
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 1/2 cups)
Grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley for garnish

1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Stir the sauce and water in a large bowl. Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture in the baking dish. Top with 1/2 of the ravioli, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 cup sauce mixture. Top with the remaining ravioli and sauce mixture. Cover the baking dish.
3. Bake for 35 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Uncover the baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes. Garnish with the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
