San Francisco Club Sandwich



3 slices bacon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
3 slices sourdough bread, toasted
Sliced turkey
Sliced herb-garlic or Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon chutney
Romaine lettuce

1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat; drain and reserve. Combine mayonnaise and TABASCO® Pepper Sauce in a small bowl and mix well. Spread on one side of each slice of toast. Top one slice toast with turkey and cheese; top with another slice of toast and bacon, chutney and romaine. Finish with toast and anchor with toothpicks. Cut in half.

Serves: Makes 1 to 2 servings.
