Corn and Swiss Cheese Bake
2 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
1/4 cup(3 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 large egg; beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Garnish: red pepper strips
1. Combine first 6 ingredients; spoon into 4 lightly greased 6-ounce ramekins or custard cups*. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Garnish.
*May be baked in a 1-quart, lightly greased casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
