Festive Corn Salad



1 (11-ounce) can white whole kernal corn, drained & rinsed
1 medium-size green pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium-size purple onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup commercial Italian salad dressing*
lettuce leaves

1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Spoon into a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
* May use mayonnaise or salad dressing instead.

Yield: 4-6 servings
