Honey Dijon Chicken Thighs



8 chicken thighs, skinned
2 tbsp liquid honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1. Place chicken, bone side up, on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together honey, mustard, thyme, vinegar, salt and pepper; brush one-third over chicken. Turn chicken and brush again. Close lid and cook, brushing halfway through, for 10 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
