Turkey Salad Sandwich



2 cups Roasted turkey, finely minced
1 small Celery stalk, diced (1/4 cup)
1 small Dill pickle, diced (1/4 cup)
1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise, regular or low-fat
Salt and pepper
4-6 slices 100% whole wheat bread, or Bavarian sweet wheat

1. Mix first six ingredients together. Refrigerate.
2. Portion salad into covered container and put two slices of bread in sandwich bag. Assemble at school.

Yield: 2-3 Servings
