Potatoes Broderick



2 lb. bag frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 8 oz. packages shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Ritz crackers to taste

1. Place the potatoes in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
2. Mix butter, sour cream, cheese and soup together and spread over the potatoes.
3. Top with crushed crackers and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
