Granny Smith Crisp



5 cups Granny Smith apples, pared, cored, and sliced
1/2 - 3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar

Streusel Topping
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter

1. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon; spread in bottom of 11x8x2 baking dish
2. Combine flour, oats, sugars, cut in 1/2 cup butter or margarine until crumbly mixture is formed.
3. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 350 degrees F. 35-40 minutes.
