Grilled Turkey Scallopini with Dijon Sauce
1 lb Turkey scallopini
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients except turkey.
2. Brush on turkey scallopini.
3. Grill over medium heat 2 - 4 minutes each side or until no longer pink in center.
