Basic Lamb Steak
4 ea American lamb top round or sirloin steaks, 5 oz. each (about 1-inch
thick), bone in or out.
Your choice seasoning; e.g., dried herb mix or reduced balsamic vinegar
1. Season: rub in seasoning and let rest 1 hour. Oil meat and salt, place on a hot grill; then tutn to mark a second time, lightly oil meat. Turn over and finish cooking on second side. Total cooking time about 10 minutes.
