The Westerner Steak Sandwich



2 lbs Beef sirloin strip steaks or ribeye steaks, cut 1/2-inch thick
2 tsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
4 Oblong shaped rolls, split and toasted
Leaf lettuce

1. Mix salsa, sour cream and green onions to make sandwich spread.
2. Season both sides of steaks with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Grill steaks over medium coals for 6-7 minutes, turning once after 4 minutes. Or, pan fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Spread rolls with 2 Tbsp. of spread per side. Top with lettuce leaf and sizzling steak. Close sandwich and serve immediately.
