Blueberry Cheesecake



1 yellow cake mix
1/3 cup margarine
1 egg

Cream Cheese Layer:
2--8 oz packages of cream cheese (low-fat OK)
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Sour Cream Layer:
2 cups sour cream (non-fat OK)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Blueberry Topping:
2 cups blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup cornstarch

1 Mix cake mix, margarine and egg. Pat into 9 x 13 pan.
2 Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cake mix and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake until set.
3 Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla and spread over cooled creamed cheese mixture.
4 Cook blueberries, 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch on stovetop over medium heat until thickened, cool then spoon over top of cake. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours.
