Juicy Grilled Burgers

28 oz. ground beef -- 80% lean 20% fat
1 Cup crushed ice
Kosher Salt
Black pepper
Granulated Onion
Granulated Garlic
Non-stick spray

1   In a glass bowl mix meat with seasonings. It is important to get flavor into meat before it hits the grill. Pre-heat grill to medium-high.
2   Just before grilling add ice to meat mixture and mix well. Ice will help burger to stay juicy. Divide mixture into 4 patties, fairly thick with rounded edges. Pat dry with paper towel. Spray each burger with non-stick spray. Sprinkle a little salt and cook for 5 minutes without turning. Remove burger from grill and pat top with paper towel. Away from flame, spray uncooked side with spray and place on hot, unused portion of grill. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes.
