Rosemary Beef and Tomatoes



2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. beef base or instant beef bouillon 1/4 tsp. pepper 1-1/2 lbs. beef sirloin tip, cubed 1/2 cup water 4 plum tomatoes, chopped 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary 4 cups egg noodles

1. In 4-6 quart crockpot, combine olive oil, onion, beef base, pepper and beef and mix. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
2. 15 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles. 10 minutes before serving, add tomatoes and rosemary to beef in crockpot, increase heat to high and cook for 10 minutes.
