Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

1 pork butt or roast, about 2 lbs.
3 cups barbecue sauce

1. Place pork in the slow cooker. Pour 2 cups of the sauce over it, turning the meat to coat all over. Cover the pot, and cook on high heat for 5 1/2 hours. At this point the meat will practically fall apart.
2. Allow the meat to cool slightly. Pull it apart with two forks and place it in a large bowl. Pour the cooking sauce over the meat and mix well.
3. To serve, pile on soft buns and pass the additional warmed sauce alongside.

Yield: About 4 servings.
