Mocha Fudge Sauce
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1. Place morsels and corn syrup in large bowl.
2. Stir water and instant coffee in small saucepan over medium heat until coffee is dissolved; stir in evaporated milk. Bring to a boil; pour over morsel mixture. Stir; let stand for 5 minutes to thicken. Serve over ice cream.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups
