Grilled Pork Tenderloin



2 small pork tenderloins
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves minced
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Marmalade Sauce: Heat 1/2 cup orange marmalade with 2 teaspoons of horseradish over low heat until warmed.

1  Trim pork tenderloin of sinew. Wisk concentrate, oil, garlic, Worcestershire and salt and pepper together. Place pork in marinade for 1-2 hours.
2   Grill tenderloin approx. 20 minutes, let sit off heat for 10 minutes, then slice. Serve with marmalade sauce. Yield: 4 servings
