Tomato Salad with Orzo and Feta



3 lbs. vine-ripened tomatoes (red, orange and yellow), seeded and quartered
1 box orzo, cooked
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup minced chives
6 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. grated lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 In a large bowl combine tomatoes and orzo. In a small bowl combine oil, herbs and lemon zest. Pour over orzo and toss well. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with feta
